This 103-year-old mansion in Rhode Island's Narragansett Bay is built on a small rocky island far away from curious neighbors. Clingstone mansion was built in 1905 for a total cost of $ 36,000. Henry Wood and his ex-wife bought the house in 1961 for $, 3 600 and managed to bring it back to life after it was empty and abandoned for two decades. A great place to rest and relax for all.
